What to do about insomnia? First of all, find out what is preventing you from getting sleep. Get rid of any bad habits.

Your bed should only be used for sleep and sex. You want to train your body to know that when you get on the bed, it's time to sleep. Also, only go to bed when you feel sleepy

As I strive to show you what to do about insomnia, I am encouraging you to to relax both your mind and your body. Often, insomnia is the result of your mind being worried about something. Physical tension is the cause of insomnia for other people. In order to make your racing mind slow down, try to meditate, perform breathing exercises, and relax your mind.
